It is time to start creating some new approaches towards cathing the attention of the customers AND keeping them. Guess some retailers already is starting to learn that "show rooming" (people who are looking and trying the product instore and then buying it online) isn´t going a way - at the same time price reduction isn´t the way to create loyal customer...not if you are going to earn money longterm.
